About the Role

At AR Experts, we're building BizAlign, a next-generation ERP ecosystem with interconnected CRMs for Fleet, HR, Workforce, and Telematics. As a growing startup, we're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a real impact by shaping scalable products from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
  • Build responsive React web apps and cross-platform React Native mobile apps.
  • Work with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Cloud Services) for hosting, storage, and deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and the core team to translate ideas into functional, production-ready features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and secure code while contributing to architecture discussions and design decisions.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, and database structures.
  • Solve complex problems and contribute to building scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, etc.) for deployments and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in React Native for mobile app development.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud-based architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket) and agile workflows.
  • A self-starter mindset: comfortable working in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats, and moving fast.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or NestJS.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity best practices.
  • Interest in AI/ML integration for business solutions.
