About the Role

At AR Experts, we're building BizAlign, a smart ERP system with interconnected CRMs (Fleet, HR, Workforce, Telematics) and expanding into AI-driven platforms for telematics, predictive analytics, and business automation. We're looking for an ML/AI Engineer who's excited about turning real-world data into intelligent solutions that scale.

What You'll Do

  • Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for telematics, fleet analytics, driver behaviour, and business process optimization.
  • Develop and optimize AI pipelines for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and automation.
  • Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets (vehicle telemetry, CRM data, user activity).
  • Deploy models on AWS (SageMaker, EC2, Lambda, S3) or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to integrate ML/AI models into web, mobile, and ERP modules.
  • Research and experiment with LLMs, NLP, and computer vision for future ERP/CRM features.
  • Ensure data security, compliance (GDPR), and performance of deployed models.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
  • Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI).
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and deployment workflows.
  • Knowledge of NLP or computer vision is a plus (e.g., driver monitoring, document automation).
  • Startup mindset: ability to work independently, iterate fast, and adapt to evolving challenges.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark, Flespi IoT, MQTT).
  • Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain).
  • Background in MERN stack or integration with web/mobile apps.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices, model monitoring, and scalability.
